What is the Lane Cove Solar Bulk Buy?^
The Lane Cove Solar Bulk Buy is part of the Community Renewables Program and designed to help residents transition to renewable energy through the adoption of solar panels, batteries and community Virtual Power Plant solutions.
Solar Panels
Solar panels generate power during daylight hours, saving you money by avoiding expensive grid energy.
Solar Batteries
Solar batteries let you store the extra power your panels generate to use in the evening and overnight, saving you money on your electricity bills.
Virtual Power Plant (VPP)
Connecting your battery to the Community VPP pays you a premium rate for any excess battery power discharged during VPP events**, giving you a passive income and helping to keep the grid stable for everyone.

To qualify for the discounts and packages, you must purchase a system offered in the bulk buy program. Please ask ShineHub for full T&Cs.
