Due to popular demand, the City of Victor Harbor Solar Bulk Buy has been extended until Friday 18 September, giving residents more time to take advantage of the program.

Refer a friend, family member or neighbour who live in the City of Victor Harbor and if you and your referral both purchase a system from us, we’ll give you both a $200 credit once both your new systems are fully installed.
How it works^
Submit the referral form. The person you refer will get an email from us telling them that you have submitted a referral to ShineHub.
If you both go ahead and purchase a ShineHub solar system you’ll both get a $200 credit in your accounts once both systems are fully installed.
There is no limit on how many referrals you can make, and you’ll get $200 credit for each referral that is successfully installed.

Referral Frequently asked questions^
It’s unlimited! You can refer as many friends as you like, and when they order solar through ShineHub, both you and your friend will both receive a $200 credit once both systems are fully installed.
If you’re not sure if your referral has gone through just email customers@shinehub.com.au with your details and your referral contact details and we’ll ensure you both get the credit once your systems are fully installed.
Referral bonuses are credited/paid quarterly in the middle of the first month of the quarter. Depending on when the system installations are completed and any remaining amounts have been cleared (including rebates and or subsidies), you will be paid on the next quarterly payment date.Â
If you choose the PPA payment plan, the $200 credit will be deducted from your next monthly PPA payment. If you’re paying by Brighte Buy Now Pay Later or purchased your system up front, the $200 will be paid directly into your bank account. Please ensure that you have both set up your bank account on our system by following the set up instructions.Â
If you purchased your system outright or on a Brighte BNPL plan, in order for us to pay your referral incentive, both you and your friend need to have your bank account details set up in the ShineHub portal. Unfortunately we cannot fulfil the $200 referral bonus without these details.Â

Store extra daytime power generated by your solar panels so you can use it at night, saving you up to 90% on your power bills.
Virtual Power Plant (VPP)
Connect to our local VPP and help keep the grid stable for everyone in the community. Establishing a local VPP will help to stabilise the grid as energy can be supplied to the grid from batteries when needed. Every time energy from your battery is discharged, our VPP pays you a premium payment of $1/kWh. It’s a win, win!
