Refer a friend, family member or neighbour during August 2024 and if they purchase a system from us, we’ll give you and your referral a $100 credit once their new system is fully installed.
Submit the referral form. The person you refer will get an email from us telling them that you have submitted a referral to ShineHub.
If your friend orders a ShineHub solar system they will get a $100 credit in their account once the system is fully installed.
You’ll also get a $100 credit in your account. There is no limit on how many referrals you can make, and you’ll get $100 credit for each one that is successfully installed.
It’s unlimited! You can refer as many friends as you like, and when they order solar through ShineHub, both you and your friend will both receive a $100 credit once the system is fully installed.
If you’re not sure if your referral has gone through just email customers@shinehub.com.au with your details and your referral contact details and we’ll ensure you get the credit once their system is fully installed.
Referral bonuses are credited/paid quarterly in the middle of the first month of the quarter. Depending on when your friend’s system installation is completed and any remaining amounts have been cleared (including rebates and or subsidies), you will be paid on the next quarterly payment date.
If you are on a PPA payment plan, the $100 credit will be deducted from your next monthly PPA payment. If you’re paying by Brighte Buy Now Pay Later or purchased your system up front, the $100 will be paid directly into your bank account. Please ensure that you have set up your bank account on our system by clicking here and following the set up instructions.
If you purchased your system outright or on a Brighte BNPL plan, in order for us to pay your referral incentive, both you and your friend need to have your bank account details set up in the ShineHub portal. Unfortunately we cannot fulfil the referral incentive credit without these details.
